MUSEFLOWER RETREAT & SPA CHIANG RAI
- Creating Outstanding Value Proposition, Brand Identity, Launch, Media Coverage and Global Recognition for a New Wellness Retreat
The Challenge: The client, a new wellness & spa retreat in Chiang Rai, was undergoing a name change, owner change, rebranding and new brand launch. It had opened a year earlier under a different name, but with the ownership change it needed to launch as a new brand.
The Solution: The client’s expertise was in operations with no experience in marketing, branding or marketing communications. We advised and guided the client in the importance of creating a brand identity for the property, and developing a consistent brand message for the right target audience. We worked with the client to shape a new brand concept by identifying Museflower’s core values and clarifying its value proposition. We crafted the brand message that was in line with the founder’s personal vision.
Achievements: We created the new mission statement, brand identity guidelines, Communications & PR Plan, developed and wrote all the marketing communications material for online and print communications. We developed all the creative concepts, wrote the creative brief for commissioning designers/photographers, and directed and supervised photo shoots. We planned and wrote the entire website contents, and selected, edited and uploaded all the website photos.
We created a new brand identity with a unique story, a history and brand personality.
We created a content strategy and branded content. We created content partnerships with media partners which increased SEO for the client.
Through strategic press releases and media relations, we successfully deliver ongoing valuable press coverage for Museflower in dozens of local, regional and international media.
Through our efforts, Museflower Retreat & Spa quickly achieved recognition in international media Top Lists and Best Lists. Museflower became and continues to receive acclaim as one of Asia’s Best Affordable Wellness and Yoga Retreats within 2 years after its launch.
MINOR HOTEL GROUP – ANANTARA VACATION CLUB ASIA
- Correcting Brand Image and Communicating Brand Values for a Luxury Resort Group
The Challenge: The client, Anantara Vacation Club, offered time-share memberships at its luxury resorts around Asia. Because some members had bad experiences and spread very negative reviews online, it suffered from a damaged reputation and negative image among its members and general public.
The Solution: The client approached us and asked if we could help them by writing positive articles about the brand to help repair its negative image. The client’s focus was in operations and sales but they had no PR staff and did not know how to solve this PR problem. We looked at their situation and identified a key problem area – communication between the brand and its members was not efficient because it focused on sales, not after-sales membership services. We saw that the client had a website with no blog, and came up with a creative solution to create and write a blog and newsletter for the client, which would help solve this problem.
Achievements: By creating the blog for Anantara Vacation Club, we created a new channel for the client to talk to its members, and educate members on the benefits and services of its brand. By writing fun, informative, attractive articles about the Anantara vacation experiences, we educated members on the benefits of membership, services, resort facilities, promotions, and about the destination attractions at its many properties. This blog created a fun and lively brand personality plus excitement for the members to want to visit the new destinations. The client was excited about this new creative solution and happy with the results, which achieved thousands of views and visits for the blog posts on social media.
ALEXANDER LAMONT, THAILAND
- Creating Brand Identity for Luxury Decor Shops
The Challenge: The client, a décor & furnishing accessories firm, had two lines of business – an export furnishings business and a group of luxury retail shops in Thailand in high profile locations with beautiful products. The export business was thriving but the retail shops were virtually unknown, due no advertising or marketing activity.
We were given the challenge to create brand awareness of the shops and products through PR, within a limited time frame of only 6 months.
The Solution: Working closely with the client, we devised a PR strategy with specific marketing communications goals. We developed a press kit that unified the shops, products and owner together as a design brand, creating a distinct identity with a unique story and brand personality.
With a strategic media plan targeting specific design and lifestyle media, we achieved the goal of getting articles about the client published in each targeted publication, including The Bangkok Post Magazine, Elle Decoration, The Post Today newspaper, Thailand Chic luxury travel guide, among others.
Achievements: As a result, the client’s products and shops were successfully communicated as a brand identity to the target media, all within the required time frame. Our work also established the base for ongoing friendly relationships for the client with leading local media.

The Challenge: The client was an exclusive luxury jewelry and lifestyle accessories brand with a cult following of royalty, international celebrities and high-society clientele. Maintaining a high-end brand identity was essential to the ongoing success of the client’s exotic and luxurious products and image. We were retained to provide copywriting for all the client’s marketing communications activities.
The Solution: With our expertise in writing about luxury lifestyle and design topics, we created knowledgeable and sophisticated copy for the client’s website, brochures, press releases, corporate catalogue, corporate communications and marketing events.
